Servicepalooza 2016 (S)

During an event called Servicepalooza hosted at the Post Oak High School, we go out to different places in Houston throughout the week and participate in volunteer work. The tasks we undertook this year were different from ones the year before, from what I’ve been told, but the most memorable of the experiences to me was the volunteering work we did at the Houston Food Bank. I've had a lot of other experience volunteering at the main Houston Food Bank location, but this time working at the kitchen location was different, as instead of moving different canned goods around and sorting them out into the different boxes to be distributed, but this time was food preparation.
